How long does delivery take?

It depends on the collection — some designs are printed to order, others ship from our partner warehouse. The delivery time for each item is shown on its product page. You get a tracking link as soon as your order ships.

What does shipping cost?

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and shown before you pay — no surprises.

Will my order arrive before Christmas?

Each collection shows its last order date for Christmas delivery. Order before that date and you're safe. December gets busy for every carrier, so earlier is always better.

How do I choose my size?

Every product page has a size chart, and our size guide explains how to measure. Between two sizes? Size up.

Can I return my order?

Yes. You can return unworn items within 14 days of delivery. Email Mr.Raw@rawmerch.store first and we'll send instructions. Return shipping is paid by the customer unless the item is faulty or wrong.

Something's wrong with my order.

Damaged, misprinted or the wrong item? Email us a photo and your order number. We'll replace it or refund you — at no cost to you.

Some designs offend me.

Fair. That's sort of the point — but nobody's forcing you to buy them. Swipe left and keep scrolling.

RawMerch is run by Sellora OÜ, a small company based in Tallinn, Estonia. DOLF. is a brand of Doris Ludfing Limited, sold here under licence.
