By using this site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

1. What you're buying RawMerch sells clothing with satirical, dark and often tasteless humour. Designs are parody and artistic expression. They are not statements of fact about any person or group, and they don't necessarily reflect the views of anyone, including us on a good day. If you are easily offended, please leave now — we won't take it personally.

2. Products We describe products as accurately as possible. Colours, sizes and print placement may vary slightly from images because of screens and production. Mockups are illustrations of the design.

3. Orders Your order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed when we confirm your order by email. We may refuse or cancel any order at our discretion — for example, suspected fraud, resellers, pricing or stock errors, or production issues — and will refund any payment in full.

4. Prices & payment Prices are in euros and include VAT where applicable. Shipping costs are shown at checkout. We may correct obvious pricing errors even after an order is placed.

5. Delivery Delivery times are estimates. See our Shipping Policy.

6. Returns See our Refund Policy. Your statutory consumer rights are not affected.

7. Intellectual property All designs, texts, photos and the RawMerch and DOLF. names and logos belong to its licensors. Copying, reselling or reproducing designs without written permission is prohibited.

8. Acceptable use Don't misuse the site, scrape it, attempt to disrupt it, or use it for anything unlawful.

9. Limitation of liability To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any order is limited to the amount paid for that order, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses — including hurt feelings, awkward family dinners or HR meetings resulting from wearing our products. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

10. Changes We may update these Terms at any time. The version on the site at the time of your order applies.

11. Governing law These Terms are governed by Estonian law. If you are a consumer, the mandatory consumer-protection rules of your country of residence also apply. Consumers can refer disputes to the Estonian Consumer Disputes Committee (Tarbijavaidluste komisjon).
